1. Introduction

Adrient Pvt Ltd ("Adrient", "we", "us", or "our") operates a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering subscription plans and add-on plugins (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and your rights under applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). 2. Information We Collect

Account & identity: name, email, phone, business name, billing address and login credentials. Transaction & billing: plan selected, billing cycle, invoices, GST number and payment records — we do not store full card numbers or bank credentials; those are handled by our payment gateways. Usage & technical: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and diagnostic logs. Communications you send us, and information collected via cookies (see below).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and administer your account and authenticate access;
  • To provide and improve the plans, plugins and features you purchase;
  • To process payments, issue invoices and meet taxation obligations;
  • To provide support and send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications;
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

4. Third-Party Processors & Payment Gateways

We use reputable third-party payment processors — Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal — to process subscription and plugin payments. Your payment details are transmitted directly to and processed by the relevant gateway under its own PCI-DSS-compliant privacy policy; we receive only limited transaction confirmation data. We also use cloud hosting, email and analytics providers under appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies (authentication, session, security), functional cookies (preferences), analytics cookies and, where used, marketing cookies. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling some may limit functionality. Where required, we obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Billing and transaction records are retained for the period required under Indian law (generally up to eight years). When no longer required, data is securely deleted, anonymised or de-identified.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, secure authentication and regular reviews — consistent with Indian law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
